We're flexible and like to think through things ahead of time so it all flows organically.
We usually setup in about an hour for 3-4 hours of open studio instruction. This event was about 300 attendees, in a family-festival setting. Details like how many people at the event, age range of expected participants, environmental factors like a DJ or other activities going on help us figure out the best setup for the event.
